Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Tingly app. If you use Tingly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Contact: support@hapiga.com.
1. You must be 18 or older
Tingly contains romantic stories for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it.
2. Stories are fiction written by AI
The characters in Tingly are fictional. Their replies are written by artificial intelligence (AI). They are not real people, and they cannot meet you, call you, or know you outside the story.
AI replies can be wrong, repeat, or not match what you expect. Do not use a story for medical, legal, financial, or emotional-crisis advice. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to make stories that involve minors, sexual violence, or real, identifiable people;
- use the app to harass, threaten, or harm anyone;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer, or get around the limits of the app or its servers;
- use automated tools to access the app, or resell its content.
The app keeps stories within a content policy: romance and tension are allowed; explicit sexual content is not shown. We can limit or close access if we find misuse.
4. Reports
You can report any reply or character with one tap. We review reports and can change or remove characters.
5. Credits
- Credits let you get replies in a story. The price of a reply is shown on the Send button.
- Credits have no cash value. You cannot exchange, transfer, or redeem them for money, and they are not your property.
- We can change Credit prices and grants. A reply that has started is completed at the price shown when you sent it. If a reply fails, its Credits are returned.
- If you delete your data or the app, your Credits are lost and cannot be restored.
6. Your content
You keep any rights you have in what you write. You give us permission to store and process it to run the app, which includes sending it to AI providers to write replies (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you write.
7. Our content
The app, its characters, art, and text are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only inside the app for your own, non-commercial use.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or that any story or Credit balance will always be available.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Tingly at any time and delete your data in the app. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms.
11. Changes
We can change these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is important. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
